The Process

1. We list available apartments and discounts that we have negotiated with local apartment complexes. The minimum discount is 10% off of market rent, and in many cases it is more.


2. If you are interested leasing one of the apartments listed, call (303) 887-5015. We will give you the full address of the apartment and contact the property to tell them to expect you. The deal only refers to one unit, and tenants must go through our site to get the deal.


3. You have one day to go see the apartment for yourself and make a decision on the apartment. If you like the apartment and meet application requirements for that property, then you may lease at the special rate. If you do not like the apartment then no worries, simply don't lease.


4. If you do not sign a lease by the end of the next day, then the listing will be re-posted. You will no longer be able to take advantage of the special discount.


5. As long as an apartment deal is still available, it will be shown on the website. After someone has decided to take advantage of the deal, we take down the listing.
